Reiki is a non-invasive method of hands-on energy work. It is a tool to help the energy flow more efficiently within the body which aids in emotional and physical healing, sleeping soundly, decreasing pain and anxiety, and improving immune function.
Reiki works well with Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation, as well as Mindfulness Coaching, to deepen the ability to digest our life experiences, cultivate resiliency and enjoy life more.
